Rule 61
Documents related to air flight and aircraft to be carried
No one should fly an aircraft in the airspace of Nepal Dominion without carrying the following documents related to air flight and aircraft
(a) Aircraft Registration Certificate,
(b) certificate of airworthiness of the aircraft,
(c) Journey Log Book,
(d) Personal license, rating and other certificates of each crew on board,
(e) in the case of a passenger-carrying aircraft, the names, nationalities, places of landing and final destination of each passenger traveling on that aircraft,
(f) Among the other documents mentioned in the annex and manual, the documents specified by the authority.
